Established in 1976, the Simonds Fire Department is committed to the safety of our community.
​
As dedicated Fire/Rescue Volunteers, we aim to provide the public with a rapid response to fire suppression, rescues and assist with medical emergencies to the best of our abilities.
​
We are a fire department in Southern New Brunswick. We have 33 paid on-call volunteers. We run out of one station, with a fleet of three Engines, a rescue / command unit, 4x4 utility truck, a rescue side by side, one 1,500 gallon tanker. . The department averages 60-80 calls per year.
​
We service communities under the Fundy - St. Martins . Our coverage area includes Garnett Settlement, Willow Grove, Black River, Gardner’s Creek, Baxter's Corner, Rowley, Clover Valley, Grove Hill, Mispec, Upper Golden Grove and Upper Loch Lomond.
